Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hyperion ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hyperion. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Service Description

Hyperion provides a platform for Roblox script management and execution capabilities to authorized subscribers. The Service is intended for educational and personal use within the bounds of applicable laws.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using Hyperion, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another party.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accounts found to be using fraudulent information may be terminated without notice or refund.

Subscriptions & Payments

Hyperion offers the following subscription tiers:

• Standard — $3/month. Access to core scripting features.
• Premium — $5/month. Full feature access and priority support.
• Ultimate — $9/month. All features plus exclusive content and dedicated support.

All subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Subscriptions are activated via key redemption through our Discord server. By purchasing, you acknowledge that digital services are delivered immediately upon key activation.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users or third parties.
• Distribute malicious code, viruses, or any software intended to cause harm.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service's infrastructure.
• Use the Service to grief, exploit, or harm other Roblox players against their will.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without prior written permission.
• Automate or script access to the Service's API endpoints without authorization.

Content Policy

Scripts shared on the Hyperion platform must not:

• Contain or facilitate the distribution of malware or exploit code targeting users.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Facilitate CSAM or any content harmful to minors.
• Be designed specifically to bypass Roblox's anti-cheat systems to harm the game economy.

Community-submitted scripts are not reviewed or endorsed by Hyperion. Use them at your own risk. Hyperion bears no responsibility for damage caused by community scripts.

Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to provide the Service: your username, encrypted password, subscription status, and Roblox username (if linked). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Activity logs (script executions, game sessions) may be stored for up to 30 days for security and moderation purposes. By using the Service, you consent to this data processing.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HYPERION DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HYPERION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via Discord. No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our Discord server. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last revised.
